The market has witnessed a positive CAGR of close to 6% in terms of sales volume of industrial lubricants during the review period 2013-2018.

Growth of the Manufacturing Sector: Indonesia witnessed strong growth in the manufacturing sector due to expansion of several industries including mining, construction, metal, and steel production, marine, and aerospace, oil & gas, power generation, road construction, automobile manufacturing, and others. It was witnessed that the highest demanded lubricant by the construction & mining sector was hydraulic oil which is usually ordered in bulk quantities. Construction and The mining sector contributed the highest share to the total sales volume (demand) of industrial lubricants in Indonesia in 2018.
