They have biotechnology graduates, PhDs in Genetic Engineering, mechanical engineers, commerce graduates, arts graduates, MBAs, Instructional Designers, et al. Their biggest USP is that they ensure that all their training content is steeped in reality, and is highly practical. There is no faff – they only present ideas and theories that have a proven track record of being useful for professionals.

They are among the first training companies that pushed for sustained learning through post training engagement tools. After years of research, they have an ever-increasing, comprehensive bank of micro learning tools that they engage participants with post the classroom training session, which ensures that there is sustained learning for a period of 3-6 months that helps in knowledge retention in a big way. They also have the mobile coaching app called myCoach which is the first of its kind app in the world where professionals can live chat with dedicated Executive Coaches for their daily work-related problems. With their choc-a-bloc work schedules, professionals do not always have the time to attend trainings or speak to their managers for development. myCoach resolves that problem by being available on your smartphone – which means you can chat with a coach anytime, anywhere and get your problems resolved instantly. Recently they have added another option to their product portfolio, vLearn which is where they create micro learning videos by recording classroom sessions or creating customised videos on micro topics. The visual medium has a high impact when it comes to retaining knowledge. In addition, it becomes an added asset since the videos once made can be used time and again – a fabulous return on investment for the organisation, and can be watched multiple times since it’s available on your phone – anytime, anywhere for individuals.
